01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" — refers to the l89bd website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at l89bd.bio and its sub-domains.
• "User" / "You" — any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a bet or wager through the l89bd Platform.
• "Account" — a unique registered profile created by a User on the l89bd Platform, identified by a username and secured by a password.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole operating currency on the l89bd Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, requiring users to submit government-issued identity documents to confirm their identity, age, and country of residence.
• "Bonus Funds" — non-cashable credits allocated to a User's account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total value of bets a User must place using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or region where online gambling is illegal or restricted under applicable local law. The Platform does not knowingly accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all Platform operations, offer deadlines, and support hours.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the l89bd Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the l89bd service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the l89bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

l89bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform announcement. However, the absence of such notification does not invalidate the updated Terms.

03 Eligibility

Use of the l89bd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum requirement. l89bd enforces a 21+ age policy across all account types and all services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, video poker, and bingo.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of l89bd complies with applicable laws in their location.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Users who are under legal guardianship, have been declared legally incapacitated, or are subject to self-exclusion orders from any gambling operator are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the l89bd Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate suspension.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and immediate family members of l89bd and its technology or payment partners are not permitted to hold a playing account on the Platform.

04 Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of l89bd services, you must register a personal account on the Platform. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and up to date. You must notify l89bd promptly if any of your registered details change. l89bd reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at l89bd's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Driver's licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (not older than 3 months) as proof of residential address
• Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile banking number (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) linked to your account

KYC documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submissions containing edited, obscured, or counterfeit documents will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the l89bd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). l89bd does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum deposit per transaction: subject to your chosen payment method's limits and your account tier
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard
• Deposits via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited to your l89bd account within 60 seconds of confirmation
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to accounts verified under your KYC identity — this anti-money-laundering measure is strictly enforced
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is approved
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business hours for bKash and Nagad; up to 2 business days for bank transfers
• l89bd reserves the right to perform additional security checks prior to processing large withdrawals
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC, or unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds

All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational purposes. Your BDT balance is your own funds and will be returned to you on request, subject to these Terms and any applicable regulatory requirements.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

l89bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to new and existing registered users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly superseded by the specific offer terms:

• Each promotion applies to one account per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method
• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the funds become withdrawable cash
• Standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses: 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the offer details
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer. Unfulfilled bonus funds expire on the deadline date
• Bets placed on certain low-margin markets (e.g., Asian handicap markets with odds below 1.50) may not contribute to wagering requirements at full value — refer to individual offer pages for contribution rates
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred to another user, sold, or exchanged outside the l89bd Platform
• l89bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonuses through multi-accounting, bonus arbitrage, or irregular betting patterns will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account closure

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the l89bd Platform are binding once confirmed. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

Sports Betting:

• All pre-match bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) within 72 hours of match completion
• In-play bets are binding from the moment of confirmation, regardless of any subsequent change in odds
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless at least the minimum qualifying period of play has been completed, as specified in the relevant sport's rules section
• l89bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneously published odds. Users will be notified and stakes returned promptly
• Maximum win limits per event and per day apply based on account tier. Refer to the platform's betting limits section for current applicable limits

Live Casino and Slot Games:

• All live casino games and slot titles are provided by licensed third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) and are governed by those providers' certified rules
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the round will be settled based on the game's server-side state at the time of disconnection. l89bd is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the user's end
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot games are certified by the respective studios and are available in each game's information panel

Jacks or Better Video Poker: Hands are dealt from a certified virtual deck. RNG integrity is maintained by the game studio. All payouts follow standard Jacks or Better pay tables as displayed in the game interface.

Bingo: Bingo room rules, ticket prices, jackpot structures, and chat game terms are displayed within each active Bingo room. All purchases are final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, counterfeit identity documents, or any deceptive means to fund an account or claim winnings
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been credited to your l89bd account
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input
• Match Fixing / Integrity Breaches: Placing bets on events that you have knowledge of being manipulated, or in any way participating in match fixing or integrity violations
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to extract value in a manner not consistent with normal gameplay
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing l89bd staff or other users through any communication channel

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the l89bd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, written copy, graphics, software code, game content (provided under licence from third-party studios), and database structure — is the intellectual property of l89bd or its respective licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, download, or redistribute any portion of the Platform's content without written authorisation from l89bd
• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any third-party website
• Use l89bd's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools

Any unauthorised use of l89bd intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

l89bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

l89bd implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption (TLS 1.3), encrypted database storage, and restricted internal access controls to protect your personal data. 12 Limitation of Liability

l89bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits beyond the limitation described above
• Loss or corruption of data
• Failure to place a bet due to Platform downtime or technical error
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from the User's failure to keep login credentials secure
• Losses resulting from events beyond l89bd's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, internet service interruptions, or government-imposed restrictions

The l89bd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. l89bd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the service for any particular purpose beyond entertainment.

13 Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate the User's account at any time and for any reason, subject to the following conditions:

Closure by the User: You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] from the registered email address. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be settled and all active bonus funds will be forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Suspension or Closure by l89bd: l89bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from the User's payment provider
• Regulatory requirement or court order requiring the Platform to restrict the account
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

In the event of closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), l89bd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately the User's own deposits (not winnings obtained through prohibited conduct), they will be returned net of any applicable administrative costs.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. l89bd operates as an entertainment platform and makes no specific representations regarding its licensing status under any particular jurisdiction's gambling regulatory framework.

In the event of a dispute between you and l89bd, we encourage you to contact our support team first. The majority of disputes are resolved amicably within 5 business days through direct communication. l89bd will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (BST, UTC+6) and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. The language of all dispute correspondence shall be English. l89bd does not accept disputes submitted more than 6 months after the event or transaction giving rise to the complaint.
